Getting started

Your first login, and a few things worth knowing

First time in the portal

  1. Watch for our invitation. When your project starts, we send you an email to activate your access.
  2. Set up your login following the steps in that email.
  3. Log in with the button on this page. Save it in your bookmarks for next time.
  4. Get the mobile app if you want to check your build from your phone.

Good to know

  • Milestone meetings, if you want them. At the foundation slab, the roof and the keys, we're happy to meet with you on Zoom to walk you through the progress. It's always your choice.
  • How invoices are paid. Each subcontractor invoice is shared in your portal. You fund it, and we pay the subcontractor only after we inspect and approve the work.
  • Paying online is optional. You can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) from the portal. These payments may carry processing fees charged by the payment provider, not by Smart Builds.
